Background 2.OnMay 8, 2020, the Commission’s Division of Dam Safety and Inspections-San Francisco Regional Office issued a letter authorizing the licenseesto proceed withtheir modification ofthe low-level outletat the Grizzly forebaydam. The letter requires the licensee to file as-builtdrawings following completion of construction. This order supersedes the previous Exhibit L-4(drawingno. P-619-210) and deletes it from the license. FERCDrawing ExhibitDrawing Title 2 Drawing No.Filename Dam and Forebay –Grizzly Dam & L-4P-619-216 Grizzly Forebay DamForebay (B)Within 45 days of the issuance date of this order, as directed below, the licenseesmust file the approved exhibit drawing in electronic file format. The licenseesmust prepareadigital image of the approved exhibit drawing in electronic format. Prior to preparing thedigital image, the licenseesmust add the FERC Project-Drawing Number (i.e., P-619-216) in the margin below the title block of the corresponding approved drawing. The licenseesmustlabel and file the Exhibit L drawing as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) material under 18 CFR § 388.113(The submission should be comprised of: 1) a public portion consisting of a cover letter; and 2) a CEII portion containing only the Exhibit Ldrawing). Each drawing must be a separate electronic file, and the file name must include: FERC Project- Drawing Number, FERC Exhibit Number, Drawing Filename, date of this order, and file extension in the following format \[P-619-216,L-4,Grizzly Dam & Forebay,MM-DD- YYYY.TIFF\]. All digital images of the exhibit drawing must meet the following format specification: IMAGERY:black & white raster file FILE TYPE:Tagged Image File Format, (TIFF) CCITT Group 4 (also known as T.6 coding scheme) RESOLUTION:300 dots per inch (dpi) desired, (200 dpi minimum) DRAWING SIZE:22” x 34” (minimum), 24” x 36” (maximum) FILE SIZE:less than 1 megabyte desired 2 The licenseesmust use this exact drawing title when filing the electronic file format drawing required in ordering paragraph (B). Commission staff shortened the drawing title due to filename character limits. There is no need to modify the title as it appearson the drawing.
