I found the General Plan Survey not in the best interest of Butte County. It requires 40
character answers to complex Questions.
I requires a high degree of computer capability, access and skills.
My short answers to the Questionnaire are as follows::
1). Resilient & safe community mean to me?
ans... This is required for Butte County(BC) to have a bright future.
2). What does a healthy community mean to you?
ans... A healthy Environment will provide BC with a great future.
3). Biggest issues related to housing??
ans... Sprawl is the biggest issue and it contributes to Climate Change and protecting the
Greenline Setback at 300 ft.
