WepresentedAB262,AB389andCMS-9115-Ftoinformyouofvaccineandmobilehealth unitsandtheauthorityourHHSwillhaveoverthecountyandresidents.Weaskedyouto protectButteCountyresidentswitharesolution. WepresentedtoyouinformationregardingtheCalOSHAguidelines,mobilevaccinationunits andprotectingourchildrenandresidentsfromforcedmedicalproceduresandexperimental vaccines.Again,weaskedyoutoprotectButteCountyresidentswitharesolution. Additionally,werequestthatButteCountyBoardofSupervisorsdeclareButteCountya ConstitutionalCountyandSheriffKoryL.HoneadeclareshimselfaConstitutionalSheriffby wayofthebelowresolution. AsmembersofButteCounty,thePublicwouldliketorequesttheearlierthreeresolutionsand theadditionalButteCountyasa“ConstitutionalCounty”resolutionbeputontheBoard’s agendafortheJuly20thBoardofSupervisors’meeting.ItisofgreatinteresttothePublicthat thisboardterminatethelocalhealthemergency,returngoverningpowerforschoolCovid safetyprotocolstotheschooldistrictsandparentsofchildren,prohibitestablishingavaccine requirementorproofofvaccinerequirement,andfurtherprotecttheresidentsofButteCounty byestablishingButteCountya“ConstitutionalCounty”. Wepleadwiththisboardtotakeastandagainstthetyrannywearefacing.Pleasevote,pass, andadoptthefourproposedresolutions. WHEREASthepeopleoftheseUnitedStatesandtheStateofCaliforniaare,and havearighttobefreeandindependent,theserightsbeingderivedfromtheLaw ofNatureandNature’sGod;and WHEREASamongtheseenumeratedandunalienablerightsistherighttokeep andbeararmspursuanttoAmendmentsIIandIXoftheBillofRights;and WHEREAStheserightsarerecognizedasbeingunalienable,andmayneverbe abrogated. BEITFURTHERRESOLVEDbytheBoardofSupervisors,CountyofButte, StateofCalifornia,thatitshallnotrecognizeanyExecutiveOrdersofthe PresidentoftheUnitedStates,northepoliciesorregulationscreatedbyany agencyestablishedbytheUnitedStatesCongressthatitdeemstosupersedeor overridetheprotectionoftherightsofthepeopleasenumeratedintheBillof RightsortheUnitedStatesConstitution. BEITFURTHERRESOLVEDbytheBoardofSupervisors,CountyofButte, StateofCalifornia,thatinordertoprotecttheunalienablerightsofthecitizensof ButteCounty,thefollowingabusesshallneverbeallowednortoleratedwithin CountyofButteCounty,StateofCalifornia: 1.)ExecutiveOrdersofthePresidentoftheUnitedStatesortheGovernorofthe StateofCaliforniarestrictingcitizensfromthefreeexerciseoftheirreligionto therighttofreelyassembleasguaranteedinAmendmentIoftheBillofRights, underanycircumstances; 2.)ExecutiveOrdersofthePresidentoftheUnitedStatesortheGovernorofthe StateofCaliforniadeprivingitscitizensoflife,liberty,orpropertyabsentthedue processoflawguaranteedinAmendmentVoftheBillofRights,underany circumstances. 3.)Registrationofpersonalfirearmsunderanycircumstances; 4.)Confiscationoffirearmswithoutdueprocessoflawandaconstitutionally compliantwarrantissuedbycourtofcompetentjurisdiction,orrespectofany lawsthatconstructivelydeprivecitizensoftherighttokeepandbeararmsthat theyalreadyown; 5.)Auditsorsearchesofacitizen’spersonalaffairsorfinancesabsentthedue processoflawandaconstitutionallycompliantwarrantissuedbythecourtof competentjurisdiction; 6.)Searchesofthepeopleortheirrealpersonalpropertywithoutprobablecause andaconstitutionallycompliantwarrantasrequiredbytheAmendmentIVofthe BillofRightsissuedbyacourtofcompetentjurisdiction; 7.)Arrestordetentionofanycitizenswithoutprobablecauseandthedueprocess oflaw; 8.)Detentionorincarcerationofanycitizenwithoutchargeordueprocessoflaw; 9.)DomesticutilizationofanyofthebranchesoftheUnitedStatesmilitaryor paramilitaryagenciesoftheExecutivebranch,includingbutnotlimitedtothe CentralIntelligenceAgency(CIA),theNationalSecurityAgency(NSA),andthe DefenseIntelligenceAgency(DIA)againstcitizens;and 10.)Arrestofcitizensorseizureofpersonsorpropertyoranyotheractionby federallawenforcementnotincompliancewiththeprovisionsoftheUnited StatesConstitution. BEITFURTHERRESOLVED,bytheBoardofSupervisors,CountyofButte, StateofCalifornia,thattheButteCountyBoardofSupervisorsproudlyjoinsthe ConstitutionalSheriffsandPeaceOfficersAssociationandthattheundersigned supervisorsdoherebydenounceanyactsofthefederalgovernmentoritsagencies thatpromoteanyoftheaforementionedpractices.Allactionsbythefederal governmentanditsagentsshallconformstrictlyandexplicitlywiththeprinciples expressedbytheUnitedStatesConstitution,theDeclarationofIndependence,and theBillofRights. BEITFURTHERRESOLVED,bytheBoardofSupervisors,CountyofButte, StateofCalifornia,thatfederallawenforcementagenciesareencouragedto continuetoconsultandworkcloselywithlocallawenforcementandtheDistrict AttorneytoinsurethattherightsofthepeopleasguaranteedundertheUnited StatesandCaliforniaConstitutionsandtheBillofRightsareprotectedand preservedfromanyunlawfulencroachments. BEITFURTHERRESOLVED,bytheBoardofSupervisors,CountyofButte, StateofCalifornia,thatthereisnogreaterobligationorresponsibilityofany governmentofficerthantoprotecttherightsofthepeople;andthatanyconduct contrarytotheUnitedStatesConstitution,theDeclarationofIndependence,orthe BillofRightsistobeconsideredcriminalactivitythatshallbeprosecutedas appropriatebytheofficeoftheButteCountyDistrictAttorney.
