Good Afternoon Board of Supervisors,

I am writing to alert you that I will be on vacation starting Monday July 19 until August 9. After
six long months, my eldest son is graduating from basic training in the Army National Guard Infantry
so my family will be traveling to be with him in Georgia. As always I will be available if needed via
telephone and checking email. However, if you need something right away please do not hesitate to
contact one of my Assistant Directors. I have broken down their responsibility areas for your ease.
