Iamwritingregardingthepropertyat13789Granadathatthecountyabatedaboutthreeweeksago.ThispropertyisownedbyAliceBunce.Herson,Tonyandother squattershavebeenlivingonitforyears.IknowthatallofyouknowwhatpropertyI’mtalkingabout. itisSaturday,July18andTonyhaspulledupanotherjunkieRVandissleepinginitontheproperty.OfficerWilliamstoldmetoletthemknowifpeopleare showingupupthere.ButwhenIcallontheweekendtothesherifftheydon’tseemtohaveanyrightstoremovethemfromtheproperty. ThecontractorsaidThiswasoneoftheworstpropertiesthathehadabatedinover20years.Ithadfecesandfiltheverywhere!whentheypulledhisRVoffthe propertytheydiscoveredaholeinthegroundwherehehadbeendefecatingfromhistrailerontotheground.Becauseofthatandallthebrokendownvehiclesand partsandoilandfluidsthatwereonthepropertyIaskedenvironmentaltocheckthepropertyandbesurethatit’ssafe.Ihavenotseenanyresultsofthatreportifit wasdoneyet.Andmyfeelingisnobodyshouldbeonthatpropertyuntilit’sclearedbyenvironmental. Forthoseofyouthatdon’tunderstand myconcern,thedrainagesfromthatpropertyrunrightacrossthesidesandfrontofmyproperty.Thesearedrugaddictsthatwerelivinguptheremanufacturingdrugs ontheproperty.AndtheyareinawatershedthatdrainsdowntotheButteCreek. Nowweareobservingthepropertyownerssondraggingcrapupthereagainafterthecountyhasspentthousands$$$$$tocleanitoff.Isthathowit’sdoneyou cleanthepropertyandthenyouletthembringallthecrapback? I’mtiredofbeingtoldthatthesepeoplehavenotbeenevictedalthoughtheytoldourneighborthattheywere.Wecannotsithereandwatchthehillgetpiledupwith crapagain! Iamwonderingwhywedon’thaveCodeEnforcementofficersavailableontheweekendsbecausethesheriffsdepartmentdoesn’tseemtoknowwhattodoaboutthe situation.I’mquiteupsetthatI’mwatchingthisstartagainafterthecountycleaneditup. byMondaywhenCodeEnforcementisbackondutywecouldhaveanentire“ComancheCreek”ontheHill!!! IhaveleftmessagesforOfficerWilliamsandOfficerChen(codeenforcement)butIdon’tbelieveanybodyworksontheweekends. WhenIcalledthesheriffsofficetheyaskedmewhyIwantthepeoplegone!REALLY??Idon’twanttohavetotellthestorytoeverynewbie.Ithoughtthatmostof thesheriffsdeputy’suphereknewaboutthesituationandIgetsomebodytodaythatdoesn’tevenknowwhatabatementmeans. Somethinghasgottobedonesothatonceyoucleanoffthepropertythatitdoesn’tbecomeadisgustingfilthytoxicplaceforusNeighborstohavetodealwith AGAIN!
