The District has successfully completed this task, which triggered the need for two vacancy notices to go out – One for District 1, and one for District 4. These vacancy notices have been posted pursuant to the Maddy Act, as well as internal Butte County procedures. The Board can begin making appointments to the Resource Conservation District at its first meeting in August. Please feel free to post these notices in your office, should you wish to do so. Thank you, have a wonderful day!
