Good evening-
A quick update on the situation that you received an email about this morning. This is a parcel that we have been
dealing with for a while now. We did file an abatement case and recently completed an abatement clean up on the
site. Unfortunately, the person who is illegally camping at this location has returned. We have opened another case,
but as you are aware, these cases are civil cases and have legal timelines that we must abide by.
The new case number for the camping is CE21-01449. We have issued the first notice to the individual and are in
the 10 day process. A code enforcement officer will be back out at the parcel to issue citations on 2 August 21. We
have responded to this site numerous times recently. There is not enough junk for a junk violation. We are pursuing
the illegal camping violation.

Dear all,
well the property at 13789 Granada, Magalia (Bunces)is now beginning to get piled up with garbage, trash,
vehicles and broken down RVs. The county had this property abated three weeks ago spending thousands of money
to clean up one of the most foul and disgusting properties the contractor have ever seen. Now the property owner
son is back again and has no way to dispose of his sewage trash has no water !
I have spoken to Officer Williams about this this week as well as sending all of your emails. Not one of you
responded to my email. I did call environmental and their excuses that they only deal with faulty septic’s. Can you
tell me who is in charge of making sure our neighborhood doesn’t turn into a toilet again??
does the county really have enough money $$$ to do this ??? clean off these properties at the cost of thousands and
then allow squatters back on the property to trash it again.???I think the system is broken!!
I am really sorry I ever decided to rebuild in this community this has been very disheartening.
somebody needs to care about what’s happening up here and the fact that I don’t hear back from people is very
disrespectful and disappointing.
I sent an email over the weekend to all of you when there was just one broken down tent trailer on the property now
they have continued to bring crap in every night for this entire week and they still don’t have anywhere to
poop!!!!!!!!!!
as a sidenote our other neighbors next-door to this property had EMS up there yesterday because they’ve been up
there doing meth for the last three days- we have had to endure disturbances with cars ripping up and down the road
behind our house and people yelling and screaming.Yesterday they called EMS because Someone called concerned
that the guy could be up there dead.
Frustrated and disappointed!!!!
