Board Members,
The EOC is still virtual this morning, and our people shelter and animal shelters are open and staffed.
We had two people in our shelter last night, both Plumas residents. Both will be moving on this
morning to more convenient housing. Our small animal shelter has two cats and five chickens,
belonging to the individuals at the shelter.
We are coordinating with Plumas and Tehama EOC on shelter strategies for overflow needs. All
individuals with pets will be directed to the Tehama shelter, since they have capacity for both. We
will provide overflow shelter for individuals, but not pets. So far we have yet to see a Butte County
resident in our shelter.
Unless something changes, this will be the only update of the day.
