Notproviding“relevantinformation”togovernmententities,asrequiredbyHSCDiv.105,Part1, Chapter3Section120175.5whichdirectsthehealthofficerstoprovideevidenceandinformation tothegoverningbodyregardingcommunicablediseases,EmergencyServicesAct8558B-justto nameafew.
