Dear Board of Supervisors and Sheriff Honea,
This has gone on long enough. Newsom’s illegal dictates are going to get him recalled. And the same
will happen to those of you who continue to go along with these. Broad-based consortiums of state
and national organizations are growing in numbers and strength as they gather funds and set up
their legal actions against those politicians and political bodies who support this undermining of our
State and Federal constitutions and natural rights as citizens.
NO! To the continuation of the Local Health Emergency. We used to have the flu. Now we have
Covid. Same numbers. There is no emergency. Let us live and let those of us that need to take
special precautions choose to do so without government mandates.
NO! To Vaccine requirements or showing proof of vaccine requirements. This is a personal health
decision between a patient and their doctor. Vaccines are classified legally as “inherently unsafe”.
For a political body to mandate or de facto mandate vaccination is opening the door for liability for
damages to mental and physical health of those forced to vaccinate for reasons of employment or
access to services.
Californians across the political spectrum are fed up and demand that Butte County adhere to the
California and United States Constitution. These documents unite us all as citizens. So Unify, don’t
Divide: Declare Butte County a “Constitutional County”.
Thank you for your service,
Holly Nielsen
