HomeMy WebLinkAboutLtr. to Tony Symmes (08.12.2021) Will Serve San Rafael Ct       9418‐C Midway / PO Box 98 ‐ Durham, CA 95938  (530) 343‐1594  •  info@didwater.org  •  www.didwater.org  August 12, 2021  Anthony G. Symmes ‐ symmesrt@aol.com  Vice President  LDI Land & Home, Inc.  P.O. Box 617  Chico CA  95927‐0617     Transmitted via electronic mail   RE:  “Will Serve” letter for Potable Water Service to APN 040‐280‐109   San Rafael Court  Dear Mr. Symmes,  This is to inform you that the above‐referenced real property lies within the Durham Irrigation District's  current boundaries.   Water service by the District to this project will be provided contingent upon compliance with all rules,  regulations, policies, resolutions, fees, and specifications that are in effect at the time connection to the  District’s water system is requested and any payment by the applicant of all fees and costs incurred by  the District in connection therewith. In particular, the District calls your attention to its policy requiring a  backflow device for buildings that have fire sprinkler systems and the requirement that such devices be  tested annually.   The District requires receipt of the following, as applicable:   1. Final maps for the real property or use permit applications, as the case may be;   2. Payment of the applicable connection fee for a 1” meter ($9,617.00 per attached Appendix A –  Rates, Fees and Charges updated January 19, 2021); and,   3.
