Thank you for submitting Tentative Park Map application TPM21-0009. Pursuant to Section 20-62 (1 and 2)
of the Butte County Subdivision Ordinance and Section 65943 of California Government Code, Title 7,
Division 1, the above referenced project has been deemed “complete”. Staff is doing an initial review in order
to determine what type of environmental document is required pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act. Upon conclusion of the environmental document and staff report, the project will be scheduled
for hearing.
