Thanks for responding….Yes the picture was prior to the abatement - you cleaned it- but as you can see he’s bringing stuff in and its on its way to previous stats. He does
not have a legal RV , or septic! The “boat” is his new living arrangement!
Our issue is with the uncleanliness but These folks are addicts, and the neighborhood is constantly disrupted by their behavior.. they allowed their living conditions to
deteriorate due to their mental state and addictions.
They should be required to follow the same rules as the rest of us -to have proper disposal of sewage, trash as well as water and power.
We just found out that our water bill was $350 which is three times the normal and the water company suspects that someone’s been stealing our water. (Our “neighbor”
just got a water tank a few weeks ago). We have another neighbor that also had a high water bill.
it just continues…

13789 Granada the Bunces
County used taxpayer dollars to abate this property a month ago and the resident is bringing all his crap and more back again. He is not in a legal RV he is not
hooked up to any septic. This is ridiculous
Update: Tony Bunce ( property owners‘ son)just brought a huge boat up to the property big enough for them to live in!!!! Hes been in an ILLEGAL tent trailer
for the past month- no door, broken pop outs- and I don’t think hes hooked to septic
when are you guys going to do something about this guy?
You have already spent our tax dollars to clean his property and now he’s just piling it up with crap again.
Remember what the contractor said about this site??? “2nd worse hes abated in 20yrs”…. guess next time might top this
I’m pretty upset to see this happening.How are you allowed to spend our money like this???
