Hello, I believe that rescinding the status of emergency funding for Covid in Butte County is an unconscionable act.
The numbers of positive tests, hospitalizations and people suffering are going up daily. I work part time in a local
ER and every shift I see people who are struggling to breathe and who are scared of dying with this infection.
Young people are dying of the delta variant, hospital beds are being used to care for Covid patients to the detriment
of others.
Do not allow our community to suffer just for your political gain.
Protect the hospital workers, community residents, not your egos.
