NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 18 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "411 -Library" by adding there to the following:

Thereby increasing total allocations by 1,
