RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4198 OF THE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 10 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "020 -County Administration" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 8912 Management Analyst, Senior -C (term to end 10/31/2021)
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte, entitled "541 -Behavioral Health" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 4177 Peer Support Specialist
1.01 4173/4174/4175 Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Senior/Behavioral Health Education
Specialist/Behavioral Health Education Specialist, Associate (term to end
6/30/2022)
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification,
1.0 4156 Behavioral Health Worker
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 13 of
Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "320 -District Attorney" by deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 1025/1026/1028 Administrative Analyst, Senior/Administrative Analyst/Administrative Analyst,
Associate
Thereby decreasing total allocations by I.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20"' day of July, 2021, by the following vote,
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
