NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference B of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional Officers' Association —
Supervisory Unit" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference B (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Safety Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 201" day of July, 2021, by the following voter
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
