NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the, Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference H of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled, "Butte County Deputy Sheriff's Association (DSA) —
Management and Supervisory Unit" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section, 28 Reference Hi (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Safety Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 201" day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
