NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section, 28
Reference I of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Professional Employees' Unit" by amending the salary
plan for the classifications, to include:
Section 28 Reference I (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 2011 day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
