Reference JI of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace Officers' Association Unit
Classifications" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference I (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Safety and Non -Safety Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20th day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES* Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
