Reference K of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace Officers' Association -Management
Unit Classifications" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference K (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salairy Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 201" day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Liucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
