NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 28
Reference A of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional Officers' Association —
General Unit" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 28 Reference A (Effective July 24, 2021)
Salary Plan for Safety -7% and Non -Safety -3% Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the, Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20' day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
