NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 29
Reference C of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Appointed Officials with Bi -weekly Range
Assignments" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 29 Reference C (Effective July 24, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Executive Assistant, County Supervisor Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20"' day of July, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
