Please forward my comments to the Butte County BOS, Butte County Public
Healthand place a copy into the public record.
Dear Butte County Board of Supervisors,
Please do everything in your power to support the immediate end of the
protracted, over-reaching COVID-19 Emergency Order.
The risk of long-term or fatal effects from SARS-CoV-2 during pandemic are
very low for the vast majority of healthy general population. Vulnerable
populations who are at risk of SARS-CoV-2 are often at risk of every other
serious illness (contagious and non-contagious).
The low number of cases are already inflated by over ninety percent due to
unreasonable swab-test (PCR) amplification cycles this county is notorious for
(42-45)
This fraudulent use of PCR testing is clearly understood by scientists to be
misinturpreting data of test results. High Ct cut-off range gives an inflated, false
impression to hospitalists, doctors, patients, city/county officials and the
general public about the rate of infectious, transmissible cases.

Many contend that viral testing above 30Cycles should be made illegal. Basing
any type of health emergency on “rigged” numbers derived from >30 Ct is
scandalous.
Anthony Fauci Admits that the PCR tests for infectious disease run above 35 are
meaningless....
Please -Butte BOS must act to reject all BCPH Covid case-counts utilizing PCR
testing above30 Ct. These tests results and case-counts are meaningless and are
used to provide inflated numbers of cases which is disinformation to the public
and the medical community both locally and when collected for
epidemiologicalsurveys.
The ever-present danger is Newsom's endless"emergency order " that is is ruining
lives, causing destruction, increasingdrug/alcohol addictions of all kinds,
undermining the smooth functioning of our society, causing extreme hardship on
the people, promoting depression, triggering homelessness, resulting in job
insecurity, creating education problems and driving social breakdown in Butte
County in ways that can never be fully grasped, measured or undone.
These issues will persist for many years, wellbeyond the Covid emergency.
The healthy majorityof the county needs to be free to return to our lives, to pick
up the pieces as best we can. We need to let ourimmune systemsmount a heathy
naturaldefense, build lifelong antibodies and trust ournatural cell-mediated
immunity. In this way we develop lastingherd immunity, as humans have done as
a species throughout history.
Please work to stop the baseless “health”emergency.
Demand answers about PCR testing causing false case-counts due to outrageous
amplification levels.
Only by doingeverything in your power to reverse this ill-advised, baseless
"emergency order" can Butte BOSsave this county from further damage.
