Occupancy of lemporary dwellings is limited to 8 county resident or residenB whose residentisl dwelling has been damaged or destroyed by the Nortb Complex Fire. 3. The applicant shall have eithcr complered debris removJl through a Cal OES RiShl of Enlry agrcencnt, received approval for an Alternativc Debris Renovsl Program Plan, or obtsiacd clesrance fiom Butte County Etrvironmentsl Heslth that lhe property is oot subject to €ither pro8tzm. 4. Temporary dweltings shall bc connected to 8n spproved source of w8ter mceting one of thc following criteria: (a) Public y6ter supply (b) Existing well epproved by Bune Courry Environmental Health, or (c) Olhsr water source approved by Buttc County Envimntncntal Heslth. 5. Temporary dwellings shall bc connccted to an approved sewage disposal system meeling one ofthc following criteria: (a) Public sewer slatem; (b) Exieting on-site scwagc disposal system lhat has bccn opproved by Bunc County Envimnmcntal Health to be intact, adequalely sized, and functioning and no closer lhst 5 feet fiom the temporary dwelling; (c) Tcnrgorary holding tsnk with 8 contracl with vith s pumping company for rcgular pumping or (d) Other method ofsewage disposal approved by Environmenul Heahh. 7, Temporory dwellings shall be cotrnected to an approved source ofelectricity meeting one ofthe followiog criteria: (a) Permitted local utility elecrrical service connection; or (b) Other power source approved by the Director of Dcvelopment Services. t. Temporary dwellings shall be locatcd outside of rcquired sctbscks establi3hed in Chapter 24 of the Butt. County Code. 9, Temporary dwellings shall bc located outsidc of the boundaries of any recorded easemenB, drivevays, rnd flood hszard areas. : 10. Solid waste shall not be deposited, or disposed of, on lhe open ground ofrhc subject properrn shall be kept in 8n appropriarc waste receptaclc ard removed from the property al least once a week in accordance with Butte County Code sections 3l-50 and 3l -51 [Fsilure to Remove Solid Wastc]. The applicanr shall comply with the defensible sp8c€ requirements around the property, pursuant to Public Resources Code 4291- 13. All temporery dwellings shall be disconnected from urilities and rcmoved from the property no loter than December 3 l, 2023, or within 30-drys ofthc issuance of the certificste of occupsncy, unlcss an exlension or modification is approved by the Bune County Board of Supervisors. 1?
