The Corning Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agencies are pleased to announce that the draft
Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Corning Subbasin is now available for public review.
The public comment period is open through October 25, 2021.
The GSP documents can be found online at: https://www.corningsubbasingsp.org/publicdraftgsp
A printed copy of the GSP will be available for review at the Glenn County Planning and Community
Development Services Agency office at 225 North Tehama Street in Willows.
Please see the attached flyer for more information about the public comment period and upcoming
public meetings.

The Corning Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) are pleased to announce the Draft

comment as of September 10, 2021. This 45-Day Public Comment Period will end on October 25, 2021.
