Starting this week, Tetra Tech will send invoices to insurers for the amount owed for Debris Removal. See a sample insurer invoice attached. Insurance recovery applies to over 9,500 parcels. The invoices will be sent out in batches of 1,000 over the next several weeks. If insurers indicate a property owner was already paid for debris removal, the next step is for Tetra Tech to contact the property owner directly. All communication will direct insurers or property owners to contact Tetra Tech for questions and to direct payment to the County. A webpage is setup with some basic information, which you can find here. It mostly communicates contact information for Tetra Tech. Please feel free to direct Camp Fire survivors directly to Tetra Tech using the contact information below if you receive inquiries. Tetra Tech has customer service representatives as part of its contract with the County and can handle these inquires.
