Attached is a summary of your votes on yesterday’s ARPA discussion.
Please note that the Broadband item has been registered as a 5-0 vote. It was packaged with two
other items into a single vote, which at the time was called a 4-1 vote. However, during the
deliberations of the items, Supv. Ritter clearly and distinctly called out her desire to vote “aye” on
the Broadband item and “nay” on the other two. Therefore, in the same way we take Consent
Calendar on a single vote, while allowing Board Members to register a dissenting vote on individual
items, we registered an “aye” vote for her on the broadband item.
