Per my previous email below, thank you for clearing out that eye sore.
However, now again these vagabonds start camping and leaving plenty of garbage, very
tirering upon our river beauty.
You left paper sign on stick last cleanup you did, but that soon gets thrown away, you need
metal sign on metal pole in deep cement, a professional sign to get them to stay clear.
Hope you can do clean up again with good sign.
Thank you,
Truly,
Jerry Batcheler

Dear Board of Supervisors,
Attached is pic of a growing pile of garbage looking down from 162 Bridge on County side
SW corner (as opposed to Oroville city limits on other side of river from Riverbend Park).
I've lived here 10yrs, always see occasional little bit of garbage by the homeless, but this
time even homeless don't want hang out here coz it's grown to be a dump site.
Can you folks please do & manage something about? I'm a senior that often walks the
bridge coz no car, but this is eye sore each time. The multitude of cars going over bridge do
not see this, only us walkers or bicyclists.
Maybe make this a tiny park section to have this handled on in to the future?
Thanking you ahead for doing something about.
Truly,
Jerry Batcheler
