Please note that on the October 12 meeting all COVID-related items and Public Comment have been
moved to the end of the agenda. At 2:00 pm Danette will give her COVID update, at 2:10 pm Brian
will present a resolution allowing the Board to meet remotely due to COVID, and at 2:20 we’ll have
Public Comment.
We are publicizing this via social media and direct outreach to do all we can to make sure that
individuals who have been interested in speaking to the Board on COVID issues, and individuals who
want to address the Board on non-COVID issues via public comment know of the change.

will be held as follows:

Note: Board Meetings are open to the public. Pursuant to CDPH
guidelines, face masks are not required for individuals fully vaccinated
against COVID-19, but they are recommended. Entering the Board
chambers without a mask will be considered a self-attestation that an
individual is fully vaccinated. Anyone may choose to continue wearing a
mask, regardless of vaccination status.
