The Vina Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) are pleased to announce that the draft
Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Vina Subbasin is available for public review and comment. The
Public Comment Period will end on October 19, 2021. Preparation of the GSP is a key milestone for
implementing the state-mandated Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). A public workshop
will be held on October 4, 2021, community members and media representatives are encouraged to attend.

When: Monday October 4, 2021 at 6:00 PM
Where: Chico Masonic Lodge - 1110 W. East Ave, Chico
