At the time, the Wyandotte Creek Comment Period Hand Out was not available. As a follow up to my earlier email, attached is the information regarding the Wyandotte Creek GSP and comment period, which ends October 24, 2021. I’ve also attached again the overall schedule for GSP Adoption in the three subbasins for your reference. Best, Christina Christina R. All three draft GSPs are now out for a public review and comment period. Please find attached a handout for the Vina and Butte Subbasins describing details of the comment period and public workshops. Once available, I will send a similar handout for Wyandotte Creek. Also attached is a flier that has the important dates between now and GSP adoption for all three subbasins. We are providing hard copies of the Butte Subbasin draft GSP to each of you since Butte County is a GSA in the Butte Subbasin. GSA Board members and alternates, as well as Advisory Committee members in the Vina and Wyandotte Creek subbasins are receiving hard copies of those draft GSPs to ease the review of these large documents. We are also placing a public review copy of all three draft GSPs in the Oroville, Durham, Chico and Gridley libraries. For the Butte Subbasin, the Butte County Technical Advisory Committee will be discussing the draft GSP at their meeting tomorrow, September 23, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (Meeting Details: https://www.buttecounty.net/waterresourceconservation/Water-Commission/Technical-Advisory- Committee/2021TAC). The Butte County Water Commission will also discuss the Butte Subbasin GSP at their next meeting on October 6, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. and possibly provide a recommendation to the Butte County Board of Supervisors for your consideration. Your Board will receive an overview presentation on October 26, 2021. Other GSAs in the Butte subbasin will also be receiving a presentation on the Butte subbasin GSP during the month of October. Once the Public Comment Period ends (October 31, 2021), public comments and input from GSAs will be discussed by the Butte Subbasin Advisory Board on November 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. All GSA Boards are scheduled to consider adoption of the GSP in December 2021. We are publicizing the release of these draft plans through our website and email list serves and working with our sister member agencies in all three subbasins to push the information out to a broad audience through each of our respective communication channels.
