Just wanted to make sure the afternoon of 11/18 was still being held on all of your calendars for a
potential special BOS meeting – if its needed for redistricting. The next update from our consultants

and revised draft maps will be on November 9. Depending on how that meeting goes will drive
whether we need to use the afternoon of 11/18 for a special meeting.
