Dear Board of Supervisors,
As you will see, you are being misled. Storm water runoff continues to be a significant
problem at the NRRWF. This is why there are two pending lawsuits, and why COL will
prevail. Please don’t waste anymore tax dollars on a futile legal battle. As a matter of
principle, address the issue at hand.
Thank you,
Holly Nielsen

Hi Stephanie and Erin,
FYI. Take a look at the photos and tell me that is only 1 gallon/minute as Eric
Miller reports. What a joke.

NRRWF Module 4B Seep
10/26/21
On 10/26/21 at 10:00 AM, NRRWF staff telephoned and notified RWQCB staff a seep on the south slope of Module
4. Estimated flow rate was less than 1 gallon/minute at the time of observance. No leachate migrated off-site nor
into drainages. Leachate collected onto the Module 5C wet weather deck. NRRWF crews cut an interceptor trench
north of the wet weather pad to direct leachate downward. Additional repairs at the location of the seep will
continue over the next week. Total rainfall between Friday night 10/22/21 and Sunday night 10/24/21 amounted to
nearly 5 inches. NRRWF received nearly 7 inches of rain between 10/17/21 and 10/25/21.
