Good afternoon,
I hope this email finds each of you doing well. Attached is the Application Packet for Items 4.01.A.1,
and 2. There is one packet, as several members were interested in either of the vacant seats
(Regular or TAC) on the NSVIRWM.
Please note that any documents an applicant may have uploaded in addition to submitting an
application have been downloaded and appear directly after the application. Not all applicants chose
to submit supplemental documents. All applicants will also be receiving a Webex link to the meeting,
should they wish to appear virtually to answer questions.
