I wanted to comment on the Local COVID Disaster Emergency.
Can we set a goal or target that defines when COVID is no longer a "Disaster" that requires an
Emergency? I agree that a 3-month extension to carry the county through the end of 2021.
What would be fantastic is to set a goal. Similar to what most of us get at work. A "SMART"
goal.
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timed-bound
