3.04Ordinance Repealing Section 2-25 of the Butte County Code Relating to Boundaries of
the Supervisorial Districts
I've studied the maps and read the official info and the opinions of various
officials regarding the redesigned boundaries for the supervisor districts.
My views as a resident of District 2 and a decades-longresident of Butte
County foothills, is that City of Chico neighborhoods should be divided as
in Maps A2, A3, or A4 and not as in Map A5. Barber should not be in
District 4 as resulted due to gerrymandering in the past.
The districts should be based on residents, actual human beings, and not
on acreages. The ag power grab by Kimmelshue does not represent voter
distribution and ignores much of the public input provided earlier.
Please be sure my views are recorded officially as I can't attend in person
due to work commitments.

Re: Update to the Butte County Regional Economic Development Strategy 2022 – 2024

this is one last email to you supervisors that think that ending the dry camping is going to create a problem for our
residents on the ridge.
I want to tell you that it is creating more of a problem for the residents who have followed the rules than the ones
that aren’t.
Those of us that have got our utilities hooked up and have made an attempt to begin to rebuild our lives are insulted
by the fact that you want to allow people to continue to live without sanitary guidelines or lawful camping. Those of
us that paid the administrative permit the environment environmental permit and the temporary power pole permits
are insulted that you think the ones that haven’t done that are in need of more time!
The administrative permits need to be completed by all Camper’s!! There needs to be accountability if you’re living
in your RV, showing responsibility for your waste and deplorable conditions that they are living in. This is not
something that should be optional!!!
Please reconsider the camping to be only continued if they have utilities!
If you doubt what I say is true take a drive up to Magalia and I’ll take you around and show you where people are
dumping their human WASTE on the ground or on neighboring properties. This cannot be allowed to continue and
as a resident and taxpayer I am urging you to think about those of us that have made a true effort to rebuild our lives
and hold EVERYONE accountable for their actions.
in three years these people could’ve figured out a way to at the very least get utilities. I can tell you they find ways
to buy their drugs but this is not a priority for most of them. They just want a place to live cheap and without any
responsibility.
They have overtaken our neighborhoods and created conflict with the residents that are really making an effort.
I encourage you to require that Code Enforcement out there in full force collecting administrative permits and
vetting people so that this problem does not continue to grow as other communities crack down on the rules for their
residents .
We should not be any different.

property.theyprobablywon’tbereceivingPG&EmoneyTorebuildbecausethey
arenotpropertyowners.
We haveobservedongoingillegalactivityinourneighborhoodsincewereturned
toourpropertyayearandahalfago.Wehavemadenumerousonlinecomplaints
aswellastalkingwithSheriffandCodeEnforcementaboutthesituationinour
neighborhood.Westillhavetheproblemofnon-compliance!
Ithinkthethingthatmostdisturbsmeisthatthesanitationsituationonthese
propertiesisdisgusting.Theydonothaveanywheretodefecateotherthanthe

Hi. I am writing to object to the proposed rezoning for allowing new industrial
development next to our neighborhood off of Entler Avenue. We recognize that there
are currently "warehouse" types of buildings in the area, but oppose any expansion of
that kind of development. We found it a bit odd when we moved into the area the
"closeness" of high-end residences so near to a light industrial park, but understood
that it exists. That said, we have noticed a general disregard for the restriction of
trucks using Entler Ave. as a cut-through between Midway Avenue and S.R. 99. The
restriction is not enforced. There are two stop signs that are designed to slow traffic,
but are constantly ignored. We, and our neighbors, use Entler Ave. for walking and
biking, but have noticed it has become increasingly dangerous. Adding more
industrial buildings in the area will only make the problem worse. Please do not
approve this application.

3.04Ordinance Repealing Section 2-25 of the Butte County Code Relating to Boundaries of
the Supervisorial Districts
I've studied the maps and read the official info and the opinions of various
officials regarding the redesigned boundaries for the supervisor districts.
My views as a resident of District 2 and a decades-longresident of Butte
County foothills, is that City of Chico neighborhoods should be divided as
in Maps A2, A3, or A4 and not as in Map A5. Barber should not be in
District 4 as resulted due to gerrymandering in the past.
The districts should be based on residents, actual human beings, and not
on acreages. The ag power grab by Kimmelshue does not represent voter
distribution and ignores much of the public input provided earlier.
Please be sure my views are recorded officially as I can't attend in person
due to work commitments.

Draft Maps
Redistricting map A2 looks good to me. It has a district A for Oroville
including the dam. District E is foothills areas. Chico has 2 districts since
it has the largest population. And the D part is all of the valley agricultural
land.
Redistricting map A2 Districts reflect concerns of contained populations
and draws logical lines along natural and man made boundaries.

I commented, but I want to make sure you all get it:
End the public health emergency. The truth will set you free. Do not vote to murder children with the vaccine.
VAERS received 818,044 reports of injury following the co vaccination, including 17,128 DEATHS. Children have
a near 0% chance of dying from Covid. Our body, not yours, God given freedom. This is a poisonous attack on our
population. The vaccine requirement is discrimination and a violation of human rights laws, illegal and
unconstitutional. Nuremberg Code Article 6 Section 3-No government can mandate or force medical treatment
without individual consent. You have no authority to mandate masks or vaccinations.

I am writing today as due to work I am not able to make the 2:45 meeting though I would like my
voice to be heard and how this state of Emergency status would affect our already vital community. I
am going to ask that at today meeting that NO motion is made to move forward with the Local
state of Emergency in Butte County. The people of the community have spoken, the unnecessary
restrictions being managed by local state of emergency are not need or will help in anyway as we are
a resilient community that has gone through fire, water and the pandemic and we are still here
stiving and growing as community without the help of any state mandates.
