Director of the Development Dept. Thanks so much, Elizabeth
Dear Butte County BOS and Development Dept. Director – I hope Paradise is being reconstructed
using all the principles for net zero energy use. The city could become a model community of this
technology using net zero energy policies and codes adopted by the county. It would put Paradise
on the map for how a town recovered from a devastating wildfire to become the best example in the
US of a green community. Certainly solar would be very feasible here.
Has this already been considered and are green policies and building codes already in place?
