My name is Diana Dreiss and today I traveled from my home in Chico to Oroville to attend
the special Board of Supervisors’ meeting held at 1:00 earlier today so I could comment on
local concerns.
I passionately spoke on three of the three items. The first item I spoke on was 3.01
Teleconference and the Brown Act. The second item I spoke on was The American Rescue
Plan Act. The third item I spoke on was Public Comment. I included my notes below;
however, I add ideas and take some items out because of the time given to me to speak. Which
has been reduced even though I don’t think anyone else spoke. I don’t know for sure because
the lobby was not set up for non vaccinated persons wanting to have a say in their local
government (Brown Act violation) and I’m not allowed into the room until I speak
(discrimination).
Mr. Kimmelshue found my comments comical and felt the need to laugh. I asked him, “What
are you doing?” This is a grown man elected to a position who laughs at a constituent who
makes an effort to appeal to her elected officials about deaths and asks for his help. He
probably thought that his actions and behavior would be a deterrent for me from attending
future meetings; however, I can assure all of you that will not be the case. I feel stronger than
ever people deserve information and children need protected.
I truly hope no one has the audacity to remove that section of video.
I think my concerns are valid and I deserve answers to my questions - not just laughed at by a
representative of our county. Mr. Kimmelshue I hope you find it within yourself to respond to
my stated concerns (or anyone else for that matter). I’ve never found death and disability
something to laugh about. My heart breaks for the people who are suffering and have been
affected by Covid and the “vaccine”. Is there an inside joke I’m not aware of? Please enlighten
me.
I hope next time I attend a Board of Supervisors’ meeting I will be treated with dignity and
respect. I look forward to hearing from you.

Just stand up and say, “NO!”
You do not have to ask permission to enforce your oath of office.
You have been elected to stand up for Butte County and protect its citizens.
Tell Newsom or anyone trying to get you to do otherwise,
“You’re not my boss. I don’t have to listen to you.”
With all the research you’ve been provided how come no one has said,
“Wait, we better be careful here?”
Have you thought about severe pushback because that’s coming and what that
might look like? When people’s family members are harmed they will demand
“justice” by punishing the wrongdoing. Just as any of you would want.
Concerns:
The money to recruit and paid to promote the shot to our youth.
It’s experimental with NO informed consent
You haven’t disclosed the ingredients
Prohibit the testing to find out the ingredients
My tax money is being used to promote the injections
Continue to promote false science and the data is manipulated
Everything is now Covid the flu and pneumonia are gone
Everything about Covid and the supposed deaths from Covid based on faulty
tests
Pfizer is not FDA approved
Comirnaty - not available
Definitions constantly changing
Mobil vaccine units
Going to schools
Not safe, effective or free
Dr. Li-Meng Yan a Chinese virologist

Don’t be afraid to put life and career on the line. STAND UP!
