Key activities to be coordinated include:•PG&E Interconnection Study and (if needed) upgrades: interconnection applications are under review by PG&E
and study results are expected completed in Q1 or Q2 of 2022. If upgrades on the utility side are identified, a
timeline for completion will be established by PG&E at that point, most likely in late 2022 or early 2023.
•Engineering Design: will take approximately 8 weeks and will be completed in early 2022
•Procurement of heavy equipment and construction: will be timed and scheduled upon clarity over PG&E utility-
side timeline. Construction will take approximately 8 weeks.
Primary approval to come from PG&E. Under regulatory law, the utility is required to accept generation onto their existing grid
infrastructure. That said, the interconnection studies referenced in question 1 are required.
CEQA Mitigated Negative Declaration to be administered by the county.
Land is currently being used for agricultural purposes by the landowner. Slope is flat. See attached biological studies report
performed by environmental consulting firm LSA.
