Dear Board Members:
Here’s an overview of the Zoning Administrator hearing of Wednesday, November 17,
2021. There were two items on the agenda, both continued from November 3, 2021:
1.) Legal Lot Determination DET21-0005 a request on a 31.04-acre parcel located on
White Deer Lane in the Chico area. This project was approved.
2.) Legal Lot Determination DET21-0006 a request on a 0.18-acre parcel located on Cana
Highway in the Chico area. This project was approved.
The agendas, audio files and meeting summaries of the Zoning Administrator can be
viewed at http://www.buttecounty.net/dds/Meetings/ZA.aspx
As with the previous updates, the decisions may also be searched in eTRAKiT for project
type “ZDN”, which is the Zoning Decision Number.
Click on this link to eTRAKiT: https://permits.buttecounty.net/eTRAKiT/Search/project.aspx
1. In the Search By fields, you will see “Project Number” in the first field, “Contains” in
the second field. The third field is blank - type “ZDN”, then click search.
2. You will see all of the ZDN (currently ZDN13-0001 through ZDN21-0017). If you
prefer, you can click on the Project Number column to sort starting with the most
current decision.
3. Click on any one of the rows to view the project. A direct link to the Parent Project
can be found in the lower portion of the screen.
