Good afternoon Board –
During the last special meeting regarding Redistricting, we heard several Board Members mention

they may wish to bring other new maps before the Board on December 6 for review/consideration
(in addition to the maps that the consultant was directed to return with). If that is your intent, we
need to have the maps no later than the close of business tomorrow/Wednesday - so the agenda
packet can be finalized and posted for the required length of time. If you have any questions
regarding this – please don’t hesitate to reach out.
