Board of Supervisors and Clerk of the Board:
This is a clear violation of the Brown Act and has been going on since instituting eComments.
Where is my eComment I just typed? I thought it was supposed to be saved? I spent a great deal of
time writing it since I’m unable to attend the next meeting. Board of Supervisors should hang their
heads in shame. This governing body for the County of Butte is so disorganized and unprofessional
it’s appalling. Could you possibly get your jobs together and function properly?

Note: Board Meetings are open to the public. Pursuant to CDPH
guidelines, face masks are not required for individuals fully vaccinated
against COVID-19, but they are recommended. Entering the Board
chambers without a mask will be considered a self-attestation that an
individual is fully vaccinated. Anyone may choose to continue wearing a
mask, regardless of vaccination status.
