Greetings,
The December 15-16 Commission meeting agenda has been revised to
amend items 17(a), 24, 29(A) and 29(C). The revised agenda is available
at https://nrm.dfg.ca.gov/FileHandler.ashx?DocumentID=195464&inline.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 11133, commissioners may
participate in meetings remotely. The public may provide public comment
during the public comment periods, and observe remotely in accordance
with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. As always, there will also be a
live stream (webcast) for viewing and/or listening only.
Please refer to the agenda for important meeting information and
deadlines.
