PD Rezone, Lot Line Adjustment, Tentative Subdivision Map, Minor Use Permit for Scenic Highway (SH) overlay zone, Unusual Circumstances Request for Ag Buffer, Grading, Building, Encroachment Permits. Water/Wastewater permits. LAFCo approval of CSD, as required. The Site was utilized as a golf course prior to the 2018 Camp Fire, during which the site was burnt and following which the Site was leveled and graveled for use as a staging area by PG&E and ECC during the fire response. The Site is bounded by undeveloped parcels to the east, south, and west. Skyway runs the entire length of the northwest Site boundary and Paradise Rod & Gun Club is located northeast of the Site. An Archaeological Inventory Survey and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment have been prepared and are included in this submittal. Preparation of a Traffic Study and Geotechnical Report are underway. PUD21-0001
