Board of Supervisors, Clerk of the Board, Public Record, Sheriff Honea, DA Ramsey:
At the Board of Supervisors’ meeting, December 14, 2021, a statewide indoor mask “requirement” was reported. It
was supposed to start today, Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
I’m interested in knowing how and who will enforce this requirement? Will you be using the law enforcement
agencies included in this email? If so, I would appreciate a response from them. What law will you or they be using
to enforce this new requirement? Is that mask requirement, by any chance, signed by the Governor?
You do realize it’s a memo, right? It’s not legally enforceable.
