I Yvonna Bennett made report to Highway Patrol officer Peterson on Dec 10: a situation at
rest stop on Hwy 395. Two women man telling one to drop phone in torliet. I went back to my
lot got a shovel and got the compact type phone out of torliet, and turned it in to officer
Monnadon? at sheriff department about 9am on Dec 10. Please let me know outcome of
investigation. Thank you Yvonna Bennett . I also
attended local Butte County Board Meeting on Dec 14 2021 and spoke twice, some of which
may include citizens in your county. Let me know outcome of investigation. Thank you
