I am writing to ask that Supervisor Kimmelshue's Map A5-C, which is favored by the
board majority, is not approved by the Supervisors. It splits Chico into four districts; it
destroys the integrity of our west side neighborhoods. It is a blatant effort to create
maps with only a political goal in mind. Please support democracy and allow voters
to be fairly represented.
