View this email in your browser Good evening, The Board will host an informational webinar from 10-11am on Thursday, January 20th to introduce the regulations and application process for the forthcoming Fire Risk Reduction Communities List. Please mark your calendar and stay tuned for a later email containing registration information. The Fire Risk Reduction Communities List, as mandated by PRC 4290.1, will be "a list of local agencies located in a state responsibility area or a very high fire hazard severity zone...that meet best practices for local fire planning." The webinar will include an overview of who is eligible for the list, how to apply, and how the list will be maintained and used, as well as opportunity for Q&A. More information about the Fire Risk Reduction Communities List regulations and application process will be distributed via this mailing list in the coming weeks.
