The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has provided guidance stating that in-person graduation is still not allowedat this time. CDPH has noted that drive-in only services are permissible as long as all public health precautions and social distancing is maintained. These functions are permissible with the following requirements: · A minimum of 6 feet between vehicles · Each vehicle contains only members of the same household · Attendees are required to stay in their vehicles for the entire program, with the exception of a single location where each graduate may exit the car for a photo can be taken from a safe distance · Public restrooms are not available, and not to be utilized · Robust plans to prevent in-person congregating of students, staff, and family members before and after the drive-in event(s) Thank you for your collaboration and due diligence in these extraordinary times.
